  This card is the highest aspect of the feminine side of the earth element signifying fertility and birth. As a such, the Queen of Pentacles bears a clear resemblance to The Empress. She emobodies nurturing, sustaining and caring aspects of material wealth. She can manifest as a generous woman who is also an authority and pose as a motherly figure. While at the first glance not as intuitive as the Queen of the Cups, she also has this water quality to some extent. As the earth card she can be obsessed with security and material advancement, maybe she is playing a role of a buisness woman or maybe she is highly postioned in politics or education. She has a strong sensual side but can be conservative at the moments. As the other court cards in the earth element she is very reliable, responsible and very proficient when it comes to the financial affairs.
